Russian honey cake “Medovik”

Soft and multi-layered honey cake with sour cream frosting.

Zefir

 A type of soft confectionery made from natural ingredients by whipping fruit or berry purée with sugar and egg whites with an addition of a gelling agent like agar.We are offering a wide choice of different taste-apple and vanilla, apple and cinnamon, apple and pear, mix berries, raspberry, blueberry and much more.
ORDERING INFORMATION

When placing an order for a cake please consider the cake type, decoration, cake filling, cake size and weight (an average portion per person is 150-200g). Orders for our cakes have to be made at least 10 days prior event.

To confirm an order 50% deposit is required upon booking. This will secure your requested date and order.
Payment can be made by cash, Bank Transfer or Pay Pal.
